Obama in full retreat: 4 issues in 48 hours

Barack Obama is in full retreat. In the last 48 hours, he has retreated in the following areas:
- Iran. Barack Obama, who used to call for unconditional meetings with Ahmedinejad, now wants "preparations"
- Iraq. Before, he wasn't going to go. Now he is.
- Pfleger. Before there was one offensive pastor. Now there are two.
- Auschwitz and the uncle. Except that there was no Auschwitz and no uncle.
This has got to be hugely embarassing for the Obama campaign. And good for the McCain campaign and the RNC for driving the message on all of Obama's ridiculous policies, gaffes and embarrassing connections.

How's he going to stand up for us if he can't stand up for himself?

that would be the general idea from seemingly everyone here in California. Everything that is or could be wrong with this country? Blame Bush. Even hurricanes, which is total idiocy. Damn, I just can't wait for that to be over. It'll be fun to see who they'll blame next. Or will they continue to blame Bush long after he's dead and buried?
Conservative Californian (isn't that some kind of oxymoron?)
I am less then optimistic that the McCain Campaign will capitalize on this much vigor. However, I am certain that our new best friend, the 527 will indeed be making great strides to educate the public as to the danger Obama poses.
But this Fr. Pfluger is something else all together. From NRO:
Words cannot describe the surreality of watching a middle-aged white man in a priest's collar appearing like he is trying to imitate Jeremiah Wright at his most outrageous.
With all this political rhetoric emanating from the pulpit, perhaps it is time for the IRS to revoke the Trinity Baptist United Churchs' tax exempt status.

I'd really prefer it if he didn't try to lose.

This too shall pass.
I disagree. Granted we can't see how anyone in America could even bring themselves to support Obama unless they were ignorant or Marxists themselves.
However, if McCain comes off as weak (too nice) or too old during the debates he runs the risk of turning off those ever courted independent voters. Certainly the MSM will not bring to light these damning relevations, and I fear McCain will not either.
The race now is McCains to lose and while I am certain he wants to be POTUS bad, his own quirkiness may prove a downfall.

Oh yea, I have seen the reports. Granted I am hopeful for a 47-49 state rout by McCain he has just not shown (to me) that he is willing to take the fight to the mat for the win.
This is why I am pinning a lot on the 527's to get the right message across.

I wasn't really listening closely on the radio - I thought OM3 said those things. Now he has 3 crackpot preachers causing problems for him?
seems to draw this out of everyone who appears there. Is there a cell phone tower or something next to it?

If he can just keep tings quiet a few more days, he has it.
And frankly we will run out things to push him on at this pace too early to make sure he loses the election.
November is a long way away.
We need to draw out the deconstruction of BHO so that it peaks in after Labor Day, preferably in one big non-MSM filtered blowup.
This guy doesnt go a week without doing something stupid. When November rolls around, I bet we will have a stack thicker than Lewinskis thighs of gaffes. (I gotta be honest, I was going to write some Kennedy smack but decided against it.)
Plus Hilldog has got to have something up her sleeve, I would expect nothing less of the master politician.
if Obama has no time to do anything but defend himself,he'll surely mess that up too,he won't be in any position to ward off Hillary from going to the convention, or a well timed attack from McCain.
This devil-in-a-collar bashed Hillary, all white people and black people. The only ones to get anything out of that sermon would be the members of Trinity, and the diseased minds of angry blacks who feel the same way but they just don't go to church. The latter is what I think the target was. But Obama cant' say it or publicly enlist them. Because folks that would be racist. God Bless America!
stuff that will pop up! It would be great if it happened say on Monday Sept 1st!!

colossally ignorant. I think in 35-55 years we could get him qualified.
