And doesn't Barry wish he was going to win this like Hillary won Kentucky.

[UPDATE: Only because it's immediately available: with 17% in, its 61/39 Obama, which is 22 points, and heavy urban. CNN projects Obama the winner. - Moe Lane]
He'll still win, of course - I'm going to say by at least 10 - but he needs a bit more than that to make up the popular vote hit that he took today. And may I thank Howard Dean, once again, for making Michigan and Florida such contentious issues?
Results here: I'm going to go take a nap.

Oh it will be a 20 point victory for Obama AT LEAST. Latte liberal pretty much defines an Oregon Democrat.
You would expect Obama to have a big lead in Portland and Eugene and he does, that's where the 60-40 comes from, but it isn't exctly overwhelming. As I looked at the county map at 11:30 EST, Clinton leads in only one county (Klamath) but most of the eastern counties are not reporting yet(this is the rural part of the state).
Less than 20 for sure. A win is a win, of course.
Having lived in Portland all my life...I can say with authority that Oregon was not always this full of Obama loving liberal bedwetters.
After 18 years of Californians turning Portland into a suburb of Los Angelas...this is what happens. Our housing prices go through the roof, and our political scene is slightly less communist than San Francisco. Our idiot mayor recently approved a name change of a major street in Portland from something historical and important to Oregonians, to Hugo Chavez Blvd! Just can't appease those illegal alliens fast enough.
FLY NAVY!
I'll admit that the mayor of Portland is a nitwit, but to be fair, he wanted to change the name of Interstate Blvd to CESAR CHAVEZ Blvd, not Hugo Chavez Blvd. That's a big difference.
as in "We're not gonna take it..."?
Obama certainly does seem to have a lot of parallels to Tommy, except that I don't know whether the majority of American voters will decide in time to not take it anymore...
That was one of those multi-barb hooks...Kinda let Them choose which way they want to get caught...Could have gone a couple different ways....but he didnt Bite.

The big news for us is that it appears Erickson has won GOP nomination (Oregonian is calling him the winner) over Mannix for that open House seat. The GOP had a very bitter primary and Mannix accused Erickson of paying for a woman to have an abortion and the Oregon Right to Life asked for him to step down from running for congress.
Lets hope these real wounds can be repaired cause this is one of the GOP's best chances of taking a Dem open seat this year
Hugo Chavez Blvd...that was funny :)
FLY NAVY!
Let us not forget that in Oregon one of our VERY OWN has apparently just boosted his total delegate count by a WHOPPING 10%--that's right, 2 more for the candidate of REAL, one might almost say, SURREAL hope.
